Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Nuvia Clean Booking Updates
If you enter your mobile number, choose the optional SMS checkbox and submit a booking, we use that number and the consent record to send transactional updates for that booking: confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, arrival and service status updates, and booking payment requests and receipts. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent applies only to the booking and mobile number submitted with it, not to future bookings or other numbers. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages or enroll customers from our contact form.
